Program Building and Operations | PMO Development
Program operations and program management are the heavy machinery on which most organizations are able to design, build and deliver value to their customers, whether that involves goods, services, or both. More than program management, Bluphrog is able to define, design and build a program to support organizational operations. From program components to financial models to position descriptions to recurring meeting agendas to staffing plans and organizational structure - Bluphrog has you covered.
A Little about Bluphrog’s Approach:
Bluphrog follows the same general approach to program design, building and operations as to any other situation. It’s all about designing for the specific use case for which the program is needed, and building and delivering against that mission. This generally includes the following:
Define the program including any regulatory standards that must be addressed (FedRAMP, HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, DFARS, etc.)
Include a review of organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT)
Establish cost models, staffing models, resource models, etc. to ensure program financial viability and budgetary impacts
Identify key process steps and control gates - defining tasks, artifacts, and milestones that must be completed/met to move through processes associated with the program
Define delivery expectations of team members
Establish any meetings, agendas, or activities on a default program calendar
Establish success criteria or measurement standards to be used to assess the program’s performance
Identify key roles and align team members to those roles
Create and deliver training required to launch and operate the program
